Another WIN !!! for Balosh at Sura Shopping Complex. Lagos Island.

Following a competitive tender process, we have emerged winner. This 5-year contract to manage the car parking facility, demonstrates Balosh’s high standing in the parking industry.

The overall aim of this contract is to ensure car park excellence. To achieve this, Balosh will be using new technology as well as professional parking attendants to promote smooth traffic flow within the premises. A video surveillance system will also be deployed to compliment the existing

security arrangements. A number of other customer initiatives are being considered such as; discounted parking rates for regular visitors, valet parking and car wash services.

Sura Shopping Complex is one of the oldest shopping centres in the country with up to 5,000 visitors daily. The 800-store complex offers a diverse range of products and services. From fashion, electronics and b

eauty products to legal, printing and catering services, Sura has something for everyone.
