The Africa International Film Festival
The Africa International Film Festival was founded in 2010 by Ms. Chioma Ude, an ardent film lover and entrepreneur. Her passion for the industry grew more intense after her involvement in the production of the 2007 Nigerian film and video censors board (NFVCB) UK road show.

e that presents a complete immersion into the world of film making with participation from local and international filmmakers and professionals, celebrities, actors, directors, film critics, buyer distributors,

visual artists, film students, amateurs, equipment manufacturers and international press.
This year's AFRIFF would be held at Palms, Lekki from the 29th of October to the 3rd of November. The BALOSH team is geared towards hosting the scores of people who would be Parking their cars at the mall car park to attend the fest.
The Operations Manager - Mrs Serah Badmus commented “Our main aim through our years of operation has been to over deliver and the AFRIFF would not be any different, all staff are in check and ready for the day, we are excited to be a part of this great thing and are proud to support African movies”.
The AFRIFF has a festival schedule:
Day 1: Opening night film, which would hold on Sunday, the 29th of October 2017.
Day 2-5: AFRIFF talent development workshop, this would hold from Monday, the 30th of October to Friday, the 3rd of November.
Day 2-6: Screening at the cinemas, holding from Monday, the 30th of October to Friday, the 3rd of November.
Day 5&6: Workshop industry day, November 2nd and 3rd.
AFRIFF, maintaining its inaugural theme "Africa Unites", the vision is to raise awareness in Africa about the vast potential the entertainment industry holds and the impact it can generate in the economy.
